Description
The scheme comprises the refurbishment of 3 existing heritage buildings at the front of the site, with a steel-framed new build element behind, to provide a new food store of approximately 20,000sf, with associated staff, administration and other back of house areas.
There is a significant package of external works and car parking to suit the new facility, and site enabling works are currently underway.
