The project consists of demolition of the existing brick boundary wall and erection of new boundary wall with additional access points and associated tree planting.
The demolition of 3 existing outdoor tennis courts and practice area and lowering of ground level for the construction of 4 replacement courts, together with associated infrastructure for a new two-court air-dome enclosure.
Construction of a new storage screen and plant enclosure, and the reconfiguration of 6 existing outdoor courts and associated infrastructure for an existing air-dome enclosure, including a new car park layout
