Description
New development of 52 student studio apartments, located on an elegant Georgian pedestrian promenade, a short walk from Leicester city centre and just under a mile from DeMontfort University and University of Leicester.
The scheme embraced MMC by incorporating bathroom pods throughout. These self-contained units were manufactured off site and then craned into the building before the external envelope was sealed.
MDA provided Employer's Agent, Cost Consultancy and Principal Designer services.
