Description
The construction of four new build blocks of student accommodation and conversion of a former Victorian school building in two separate city centre locations.
The project provides 416 bedrooms together with associated communal facilities and consists of a conversion, two blocks in load bearing masonry construction and two blocks built using a light gauge steel modular superstructure solution.
