Description
The first UK based PBSA project procured as part of the collaboration with DMD Modular, and using the prototype design specifically developed for Audley Modular, is the 257 bed project on Mayfield Road, Edinburgh.
The scheme, situated adjacent to the University of Edinburgh’s Kings Campus, consists of two separate buildings, block M1 and M2, providing 257 high specification PBSA studio apartments, together with gym, communal lounge, laundry facilities and cinema.
