Description
A new, high specification student residential development adjacent to Oxford’s city centre railway station. The scheme comprises 3 principal blocks ranging from five to six storeys, linked at ground floor level only.
The development provides approximately 515 bedrooms with a mix of cluster flats, studios and ‘twodios’, together with gym, games area, lounge, private meeting rooms, roof terraces and a store for 290 bikes.
The external design features courtyards, gardens, cloisters and colonnades.
Four storeys on the north side of block A are cantilevered and the development’s façade is created from BREEAM A+ rated glass reinforced concrete panels.
