Description
Demolition of existing building on Friar Lane in Leicester city centre and construction of 91 modern, luxury studios and 2 bed apartments providing high-quality student accommodation.
The lower ground floor hosts a large common room and welcoming foyer space, there are laundry rooms on the first and third floors, with an outdoor courtyard providing social space.
The scheme utilised both off-site manufacturing by incorporating bathroom pods, and also a green roof system.
