We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic MRICS qualified Cost Consultant to join our growing Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who can support management in setting up a new QS team. In this role you will be confident in leading projects within the private sector and will report directly to the head of office.

Key Responsibilities

• Networking and business development to increase contact base

• Deliver cost consultancy services to generate income

• Achieve business targets as agreed with Line Manager

• Contribute to MDA turnover and profitability 

We’re looking for a confident and capable professional who can thrive in an ambitious and supportive environment.

Essential:

• MRICS qualified (up to 5 years).

• Minimum 2-3 years post-qualification experience.

• Must have experience of working in Bristol and the South West and demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the local market.

• Good experience of leading projects within the private sector.

• Good interpersonal, business development skills with own network.

Desirable:

Experience in consultancy roles.

Bristol based (or surrounding areas).

Eager to contribute to a growing team and keen to play a key role in setting up and leading a new QS team.

Ambition to succeed.
