Paul is an Associate Director at MDA, having joined in August 2026. He brings over 15 years’ experience in consultancy project management, with prior experience in architectural design and main contracting. This varied background provides him with a well-rounded understanding of the development process from the perspectives of clients, consultants and contractors.

He has experience across large-scale residential, purpose-built student accommodation, industrial, leisure, and education projects. His expertise includes project, commercial and development management, design management, contract administration, due diligence, and project and fund monitoring, covering the full development lifecycle from feasibility and design through to construction, completion and operation.

Interests/Hobbies

Outside of work, Paul enjoys winter sports and mountain biking, combining his interests in travel and the outdoors. He is also passionate about music and has performed in bands over the years, as well as enjoying live music events.

Interesting Facts

Paul’s parents met in Belize while working on archaeological excavation and reconstruction projects, and he spent the first year of his life living in the Belizean jungle. Earlier in his career, Paul also worked as a main contractor in the South of France, specialising in the refurbishment and remodelling of high-end private residences.
