Robert joined MDA as a Senior Surveyor in 2018 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2021. Robert is based in our Bristol office working in the Independent Monitoring team along with providing specialist insolvency advice. Prior to joining MDA, Robert had worked initially in the development and facilities management fields prior to moving to work as a Quantity Surveyor, Monitoring Surveyor and Project Manager.

His experience specialises in residential development both as a Monitoring Surveyor and QS, ranging from high value single units to large multi-unit developments for regional developers. In addition to a strong residential background his experience since joining MDA has diversified to include health and social care, commercial and student residential schemes. 

In addition to his day to day work as a Monitoring Surveyor, Robert heads up MDA’s RICS APC programme assisting MDA staff across all our national offices in their pursuit of joining the RICS and becoming Chartered Surveyors.
