Ursula is an Associate Director at MDA based in the London Office and provides independent project and fund monitoring services to various lenders and funding institutions.  She joined MDA in 2017, having previously worked for another cost consultancy, as well as Barclays Bank PLC, structuring development finance and monitoring projects on behalf of the Bank.

Experienced in a range of disciplines including cost consultancy, project management, contract administration and bank monitoring, Ursula has worked on various residential, commercial, industrial and leisure projects from inception to completion. 

Interests/Hobbies

Ursula loves traveling, hiking, and exploring local cultures, enjoying the chance to discover new traditions and taste authentic cuisines. She has also recently taken up gardening, cultivating a variety of plants that remind her of the places she has visited.

Interesting Facts 

Ursula is originally from Poland. In 2003, during a casual shopping trip, she spontaneously bought a ticket to London, not knowing exactly what awaited her. She arrived with just £50 in her pocket and limited English, yet she bravely began building her career from the ground up, embracing every challenge as an opportunity to grow and succeed in a new country.
