Will joined the company in 1994 as a trainee surveyor and was promoted to Associate Director in 2014.

Experienced in a variety of projects and sectors including sports centres and leisure facilities, schools, colleges, university buildings, magistrates’ court, student accommodation, social housing and commercial developments for public and private sector clients.

Specialist knowledge includes acting as quantity surveyor and employer’s agent, cost planning, cost control and contract administration from inception to completion.

Experienced in several forms of procurement including traditional and design and build forms of contract using the JCT and NEC suite of contracts.

Will is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
