After a short and unsuccessful stint as a construction specialist recruiter, Lettice recruited herself into one of her clients, MDA Consulting. Over the years she has developed strong and strategic relationships with a multitude of new clients, helped the business move and succeed in new growth areas and continually raised the profile of the practice. A high success rate of securing new business means that she worked her way up from Business Development Executive to Associate Director particularly quickly. 

Interests/Hobbies

Outside of work, Lettice has her hands full with two delightful, albeit extremely strong willed and defiant, daughters – Biba and Joni. She and her husband haven’t let a young family get in the way of their enjoyment of life and still manage travel, go to the gym, explore vineyards, and host dinner parties regularly. 

Interesting Facts

Biba and Joni aside, Lettice says her proudest achievement is having a cocktail named after her at the Oriental Club. Next time you are passing, you must sample a Grand Swan Royale in her honour!
