Richard joined the company in 1998 and was promoted to Director in October 2017. He is based in the Head Office in London, UK.

Experienced in a range of disciplines including Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Bank Monitoring, Richard has worked overseas in the Caribbean, Australia, Europe and Middle East as well as 10 years in the UK market.

He has experience in international construction disputes having worked on international arbitrations and adjudications in the UAE providing opinion on quantum.

Richard has worked extensively in high end residential, hotel and leisure sectors, with further experience in retail, airports, commercial and oil & gas sectors. He has worked in some challenging procurement locations, especially in the Hotel sector.

He is familiar with most procurement routes and contractual arrangements including negotiated, design and build, two stage, construction management, EPC and a range of contract forms from the JCT, AIA and FIDIC as well as bespoke arrangements.

Richard is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), holds a BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Project Management and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
