Rob joined MDA in 1993, became a Director in 2006 and Vice Chairman in 2023. He is experienced in most sectors but particularly in the residential sector (PBSA / PRS / BTR / Bespoke Housing).

Interests/Hobbies 

Rob is a Season Ticket holder at Leicester City and has been following them for most of his life. He has recently re-taken up playing golf and ski’s having learnt for the first time in 2021. 

He has a keen interest in most other sports.

Rob has travelled throughout Europe and in South-East Asia, the Caribbean and US.

Interesting Facts

Rob is Chairman of Team Leicester MIPIM Ltd, the longest serving Director of Pro Con Leicestershire and is involved in numerous property clubs. He is also a keen supporter of Matt Hampson’s Get Busy Living Charity. 

He started his career at the age of 16 and completed a 4-year bricklaying Apprenticeship before eventually qualifying as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He has also acted as an RICS APC Assessor.

Rob was the Quantity Surveyor for the burial of King Richard III in 2007 and is proud to have worked with Leicester Cathedral for over 20 years.
