Sean joined the company in 1996 and has been a Director since 2006. He is based in the Head Office in London, UK.

Very wide experience in UK and overseas, including residential, hotels, offices, industrial, retail and civil works, working on both the contracting and professional sides of the industry.

Experience of projects in Europe, Middle East, and North America.

His specialist knowledge includes acting as Cost Consultant, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration from inception to completion on large projects in the UK as well as fast track and modular/pod construction.

Familiar with most types of price in advance and cost plus contractual arrangements. Contracts used include all those published by the JCT and various bespoke forms.

Sean is a member of a number of industry and professional bodies including Chartered Institute of Builders and Association of Project Managers.
