Conrad Noble, MRICS

Senior Surveyor (London)

Conrad joined MDA’s London monitoring team in January 2022. With previous experience in banking, this provides Conrad with a unique insight into the development finance industry. Having initially achieved a degree in politics and history, Conrad first got involved in monitoring through summer placements, after being introduced to the industry by his father, who worked as a lender. That early exposure led to a long-term interest in project monitoring - and later, a career shift into surveying, which included completing a master’s conversion while working full-time and then achieving MRICS status shortly after.

Known in the team for his sociable and relaxed approach, Conrad values clear, straightforward communication and strong working relationships - both on and off site.

Interests/Hobbies

Outside of work, Conrad is likely to be found throwing weights around at CrossFit or planning his next adventure abroad. He’s also a long-suffering but loyal West Ham season ticket holder.

Interesting Facts

Conrad has also spent time volunteering with wildlife and youth projects in Southern Africa and is also a fully qualified diver and once considered becoming an instructor abroad - before the monitoring world won out.
