Harry joined MDA Consulting in 2017, based in the Brighton office, with prior experience from firms in London. He became MRICS qualified in 2021 and has worked across a variety of roles including Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrator, and Project Monitoring Surveyor. Harry specialises in project monitoring, where his focus on building strong relationships fosters open communication and a deeper understanding of developments. His adaptable approach allows him to meet the varied requirements of different funders and commercial structures within the development market.

Interests/Hobbies

Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time with his young son and energetic dog, both of whom keep him on his toes. When he gets the opportunity, he loves surfing, especially when the sun is shining and the waves are rolling in somewhere warm.

Interesting Facts

Harry is a published academic author. His university dissertation was developed into a peer-reviewed paper exploring how Virtual Reality can be used to compare participant behaviour in a real building versus a virtual replica. The research was published in the ITcon journal in June 2021.
