Senior Surveyor (Bristol)

After graduating from the University of Reading with a first-class honours degree in BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, James began working as a Quantity Surveyor in Central London for one year. Following this, James joined MDA as a Monitoring/Cost Consultant in Bristol and subsequently became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 2020.

James has delivered cost management services across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work for a variety of Clients. Previous projects range from large residential towers possessing a value of £650 million, to low-rise domestic dwellings totalling £500,000.

Since joining MDA, James has obtained experience within a breadth of sectors, including Residential, Retail, Education, Mixed-Use, Commercial and Healthcare.

James is currently Chair of MDA's Emerging Board.
